If you do not have any of these please add up to 10 photos of your products or services to the email

Stallholder’s information –
Stall prices are for stall area only, we do not supply tables unless you have ticket the box on the booking form when booking your stall, chairs are provided.
Power is available upon request via our booking form.
Payment for stalls FEES on the day are not available at anytime, everyone must book and pay ahead to confirm their spot.

From Handmade, to goods and services for all, local artiest, Entertainment for the kids this market is a one stop event like no other in Townsville.
Business Stalls – New to our markets: Some pre-approved stallholders have “exclusive rights” to sell certain products or Brand labels at our markets, in the case that you overlap you may be asked not to bring certain items from your range, however will do our best to accommodate as many different businesses as possible. You will be require to submit an application form to become an “Approved Business Stallholder” by Contacting Us and then once approved (may take up to 14 days) you will be emailed an invitation to complete the Booking Form to attend our market when bookings open. We can not guarantee you will still get a position at our markets as they are in high demand and book out very quickly. Please be aware that if you are a party plan business we will take the first person who books.
Business Stalls – Approved Stallholders: Past stallholders are “Approved Stallholders”. Once bookings are open for the next market all “Approved Business Stallholders” may complete a booking form and pay online.

We do not take any responsibility for the goods sold by you and are required to pass on your contact details to anyone who contacts us regarding items you have sold at our market.
preloved stallholders MUST only sell their own items. all stallholders will be required a complete an “indemnity and release form” to ensure that they are not buying and selling preloved goods for a profit.
Please note – No tables are added in stall fees and all tables must be covered.
