Stall prices are for stall area only, we do not supply tables unless you have ticked the box on the booking form when booking your stall, chairs are provided.

You must setup within the size stall are you book.

Power is available upon request via our booking form.
Payment for stalls FEES on the day are not available at any time, everyone must book and pay ahead to confirm their spot.

    List all brand products you will be selling. We only allow 1 business selling a brand product at each Expo. Some businesses have already been approved to bring some brands. please email us if you are unsure on what brands you can bring.

Size & Setup

You're booking a site for Saturday May 10th Expo day. Make sure you have booked the right size stall that you need and your stall can be setup within the space you have booked. If you need tables, you must mark them on your booking form, Tables are $10 each to hire. If you need power make sure you mark it on the booking form. You can bring your own table, display racks ect. All tables must be covered, and you must bring your own covers. Display stands must not stand any higher then 1.8m Tall.

    All Power Leads must be tagged and tested. Each business needs to supply their own power leads. We do not supply power leads or double adaptors.

  • Table Hire *

    $10 per table. Please Note: Maximum of 4 tables per booking. You must bring your own table covers and all tables must be covered.

  • Promo Bag Advertising * $0.00

    $40 - Promo Bag advertising. 400 Promo bags will be handed out at the entry on event day. Please note if you wish to advertise you must supply us with your - Business card - Flyer - Ect. If you have a business card and flyer, please make sure you staple them together, otherwise we will charge you for 2 lots of advertising. You must have these to us by no later than the Monday out from the Expo date. (We ask for this, so we have time to pack them around our other work for that week) You will be emailed the details on where to drop your promo bag items within a week of booking your stall.
