Christmas Expo – Sunday October 13th 2024.

NQ Babies & Kids is held at Mackay Showgrounds in the big shed from 8am to 12pm.

our expo sees some amazing new changes, we welcome new business that sell and promote products and services for mums & dads to be – new mums & dads – from babies to teens.

Our new look seeing us going from a market to an Expo and we are excited to show case all things families at the Expo.

We are NOT like any other market in town!

We are a “Specialized event” for Babies & Kids and things for mums & mums to be!

NQ Babies & Kids have Good Quality Pre-loved, New, Handmade, Information & Promotional Stalls.

We welcome all styles of businesses that sell a range of products for not only Babies and kids but family products also. We also welcome services / Promotional to join us to show case how they can help families out. We don’t just limit businesses to just baby and kids’ products.

If you are not an Approved stallholder with us, you must first email us at – admin@nqbabiesandkids.com.au with the following information –

 

  • Business name.
  • Small Bio on your business
  • List of products you sell.
  • Arrange of photos of your products.
  • Link to your website (If you have one)
  • Link to one of your Business social media pages.
  • Copy of your Public Liability Insurance, (Everyone needs to have this to attend any of our events).

 

The events are “ALL WEATHER” Indoors & Undercover.

The event will proceed even if it is raining. Please plan to transport your stock safely to and from the venue. Event Organizers take no responsibility for your stock.

We do not refund your stall fee should you choose not to attend the event.

Extras

  • Table Hire *

    $10 per table.
    Please Note: Maximum of 4 tables per booking.

  • Promo Bag Advertising *

    $40 - Promo Bag advertising. 300 Promo bags will be handed out. you must supply us with your promotion martials, (eg: business cards, business flyers, pens, note pads ect). if you have more than 1 product you wish to add to the bag, please staple them together. These must be dropped off to NQ Babies & Kids Store at Shop224, Canelands Central, 2 Mangrove Rd, Mackay Qld 4740. By no later than the Monday before the event.
